The have a hinged screw back closure, so you can set the tension to the ear once using the screw backs and then just use them as hinged for a perfect fit all the time.

Very nice to fix or upgrade vintage earrings. The front screw is meant for beads with 3mm holes and do not forget to only use one-sided drilled beads :)
