All orders to APO's and MSP's are sent via USPS and can take up to 21 business days.

Please note, although most packages arrive within the allotted time (4-7 days domestic), after order leaves our facility. Due to Post office unforeseeable circumstances some orders may be delayed due to mis-route's, customs, holidays etc. We have no control or errors caused by the US Post Office. If you are waiting for your package, yet the Post Office has confirmation of delivery, we suggest contacting them with the tracking number. We are unable to process any insurance claims if the Post Office has confirmed the package as delivered.

The Post office will not consider an item lost unless it has not been delivered after 30 days of shipping date (domestic orders) . If a package is lost, the Post Office will only process insurance claims after that delivery-period has passed.

If your package is not delivered within a reasonable amount of time and the delivery confirmation does not provide a date of delivery. You will need to fill out an affidavit of non-receipt. This document will provide all information regarding the problem and requires your agreement to send back any packages that would be recovered or delivered after an insurance claim is reported. All information will be matched with our records and sent to the Post Office for insurance claim and research to find out the cause of the undelivered.

It is the customers responsibility be sure to provide us the correct shipping address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for Undelivered/Lost packages if we are provided with an incorrect shipping address (both Domestic and Internationally). If the order is lost due to incorrect shipping address we will not provide a credit, nor replace the product.
