Note: Schedules can be affected by seasons, holidays, weather etc,

International orders are shipped from USA via USPS (United States Postal Office). From there it is turned over to your country's postal system. Note: After we ship any packages your package my be subject to delays and/or fees due to your country's customs policies. Please familiarize yourself with these any restrictions, limitation, duties & taxes from your country.

CALCULATING YOUR DATE OF DELIVERY
Items are handmade and made to order. They ship out from our studio within 3-5 business days of the date the order is received (unless specified otherwise on our website)

The final delivery date of goods is calculated as follows:
(Process time: 3-5 days) + (Shipping Transit Time: 7-14 days) + (Weekend/Holidays/Weather delays, if applicable) = APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME


INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a customs id number.

Address Accuracy -- To all International customers: You must provide us with a valid destination address so your clip earrings and clip parts arrive safely to their destination! Providing an Incorrect shipping address will create unnecessary delays on your shipment and your package may be permanently lost. Once you enter your shipping address information in the appropriate boxes, double-check for typos and other errors.

This is worth repeating: Please double-check your address before submitting your order, lost packages due to incorrect shipping address are not refunded nor covered by insurance.

Restrictions, Limitations, Customs, Duties, and Taxes -- Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Additional charges for customs are the recipient responsibility; we have no control over these charges and we are unable to provide any quotes on what they may be. Customs rules and regulations vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When an international package is subject to customs clearance procedures, it will potential cause delays outside any of our original delivery estimates.


UNDELIVERED ORDERS
Please note, although most packages arrive within the allotted time (10-21 days International orders) after order leaves our facility. Due to Post office unforeseeable circumstances some orders may be delayed due to mis-routes, customs, holidays etc. Unfortunately, we have no control or errors caused by the US Post Office.

International Orders shipping delays:
Before submitting a request for an insurance claim, please ensure to check your customs office, many items are held by the local customs office. Please check your tracking email as we provide the LD Customs number on all our International orders.

The Post office will not consider an International package lost unless it has not been delivered after 45 days (international orders). If a package is lost, the Post Office will only process insurance claims after that delivery-period has passed. For detailed information about our International shipping click here

If your package is not delivered within a reasonable amount of time. You will need to fill out an affidavit of non-receipt. This document will provide all information regarding the problem and it requires your agreement to send back any packages that would be recovered or delivered after an insurance claim is reported.

All information will be matched with our records and sent to the Post Office for insurance claim and research to find out the cause of the nondelivery.

PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us, and we understand you want to know how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities, this is a process beyond our control.

It is important to note that, we may provide order, shipment, and product information, such as product names, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
The cost of the item(s) is always stated on the customs form. Customs regulations require the value of all packages including gift(s) to be stated directly on the package.
