Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at www.usps.com

International orders will receive an email with the customs id number.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted within 1-2 days by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay/cancellation or problem with the order.

All orders to APOs and MSP's are sent via USPS and can take up to 21 business days.

Undelivered Orders
Please note, although most packages arrive within the allotted time (4-7 days domestic), (10-21 days International orders) after order leaves our facility. Due to Post office unforeseeable circumstances some orders may be delayed due to misroute's, customs, holidays etc. Unfortunately, we have no control or errors caused by the US Post Office. If you are waiting for your package, yet the Post Office has confirmation of delivery, we suggest contacting them with the tracking number.

International Orders shipping delays:
Before submitting a request for an insurance claim, please ensure to check your customs office, many items are held by the local customs office. Please check your tracking email as we provide the LD Customs number on all our International orders.

The Post office will not consider an item lost unless it has not been delivered after 30 days of shipping date (domestic orders) and 45 days (international orders). If a package is lost, the Post Office will only process insurance claims after that delivery-period has passed.
