Please note, although most packages arrive within the allotted time (4-7 days domestic), (10-21 days International orders) after order leaves our facility. Due to Post office unforeseeable circumstances some orders may be delayed due to misroute's, customs, holidays etc. Unfortunately, we have no control or errors caused by the US Post Office. If you are waiting for your package, yet the Post Office has confirmation of delivery, we suggest contacting them with the tracking number.
Before submitting a request for an insurance claim, please ensure to check your customs office, many items are held by the local customs office. Please check your tracking email as we provide the LD Customs number on all our International orders.
The Post office will not consider an item lost unless it has not been delivered after 30 days of shipping date (domestic orders) and 45 days (international orders).
