• Volume discount is 30% of MSRP ( Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price )

• Price of opening orders is $500.00 USD ($350.oo after discount)
  

• Price for re-orders is $300.00 USD ($210.oo after discount)
  

• Volume orders will ship FREE to the USA via Priority mail - Note: All volume discount orders WILL require a signature of receipt.
  

• Discounts are valid based on purchasing products by volume, therefore taxes WILL BE charged appropriately for all sales including California Residents.
  

• Desired merchandise and options can be specified via email however, when ready, all orders must be placed via our website. No orders will be taken via phone or email or fax- Payments must be made ahead of time via Paypal, Visa, MC, Discover. Paypal payments will be shipped ONLY to confirmed addresses.
  

• We are a small shop and most of our inventory is handmade to order, therefore, volume orders may take at least 2-3 weeks to fullfill, if you need orders to be processed in less time contact us so we can let you know if we can accomodate your request.
  

Terms for permitted Returns for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE only:
In Crazy4clipons.com's sole and absolute discretion, goods sold by Crazy4clipons.com may be returned for exchange or store credit towards an additional purchase.

• USA returns will have the shipping rate of $9.00 deducted from exchanges or credits

Notification of return and request of an RA (Return Authorization) shall be made within 10 days of confirmed delivery and in writing to Crazy4clipons.com, specifying in detail the reason for credit or exchange. Goods returned to Crazy4clipons.com without a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained from Crazy4clipons.com or made after 10 days of receipt will not be accepted.

Inspection and Rejection: Merchant shall inspect the goods on arrival and if the goods fail in any material respect to conform to the website ads, including without limitation damage, error or shortage, Merchant shall exercise its right of rejection no later than 10 days after receipt of the goods. IMPORTANT: Crazy4clipons.com products are individually made, slight variances are expected; therefore each item's variation is not considered a defect. Merchant?s failure to inspect the goods and notify Crazy4clipons.com of an exchange request within 10 days shall constitute a waiver of Merchant's right of inspection. Notification of exchanges or damaged merchandise shall be made in writing to Crazy4clipons.com specifying in detail the defects and objections.

• Returning shipping costs, insurance, are the responsibility of the purchasing merchant.
• Customer has the responsibility of providing a correct shipping address. Lost orders due to incorrect shipping address WILL NOT be refunded nor credited.
• Customer has the responsibility to ensure return package is insured and has tracking confirmation, we cannot offer credits or exchanges for merchandise that has been damaged or lost in transit.
• Returning merchandise shall be received no later than 15 days after a RA is provided to customer.
