International orders are final sales, no refunds are provided. Store credit and exchanges may be considered for the product total only. Shipping/handling costs are not refunded. An RMA authorization must be obtained prior shipping any merchandise back for credit or exchanges. Packages without RMA information will be refused and sent back at the customers’ expense.
International Orders shipping delays: Before submitting a request for an insurance claim, please ensure to check your customs office, many items are held by the local customs office. Please check your tracking email as we provide the LD Customs number on all our International orders.
The Post office will not consider an item lost unless it has not been delivered after 30 days of shipping date (domestic orders) and 45 days (international orders). If a package is lost, the Post Office will only process insurance claims after that delivery-period has passed.
