International Orders shipping delays:
Before submitting a request for an insurance claim, please ensure to check your customs office, many items are held by the local customs office. Please check your tracking email as we provide the LD Customs number on all our International orders.

The Post office will not consider an International package lost unless it has not been delivered after 45 days (international orders). If your package is not delivered within a reasonable amount of time. You will need to fill out an affidavit of non-receipt. This document will provide all information regarding the problem and it requires your agreement to send back any packages that would be recovered or delivered after an insurance claim is reported.
