our products are handmade right
at our studio and therefore they

Am I required
to open an account to make a
purchase?
No, you are not required
to create an account with us if you do not wish
to. You can proceed to make a purchase without
registering in our web site, however registering
in our web site gives you the opportunity to keep
a history of your purchases and allows you to
track your purchase in one place. Registering
with us is easy, just fill out our registration
form. Your registration will qualify you to
enter to our monthly contest.
I
forgot my password, how do I reset
it?
If you are a registered customer and forgot your
password, feel free to
request for here for our system to help you
to regenerate a new secured password for you. The
system will request the email address you
registered with, match it against our database
records, if the email is found, the system will
generate a new password and send it to your email
account. After login back into the system we
highly recommend for you to reset your password
with a friendly-version that you can remember.
For your security, all passwords are encrypted on
our system, we do not have access to
passwords.

you have a minimum order
requirement?
No, there is no minimum requirements to purchase
at Crazy4clipons. You can order one or one dozen
items without any restrictions.
Can I have my order delivered to
someone else?
Sure! We will be happy to send the items to
family, friends and loved ones. It is recommended
to use Google Checkout as your method of Payment
as Paypal does not accept payments with
unverified shipping addresses.
Why does my shopping cart keep
clearing out items I put in?
There are two reasons why your shopping cart is
not retaining the items you are placing in it.
One is that your browser may have its cookies

I've noticed some changes to pricing
and material use for children's
earrings. Can you explain?
Did
you know that for the safety of
your young ones, Consumer
Protection Laws now requires all materials used
in children's jewelry (12 years and under) to be proven
to be lead-free? We have retired our
past collections to develop a completely new line of
certified non-leaded pieces in sterling silver, non-dyed
freshwater pearls, and natural semi-precious stones,
which are considered absolutely safe for children and
comply with the revised law.
Despite
the change in looks, Crazy4clipons'
earring design process remains
the same for kids, with comfort,
trend, and proportion considered
during development of new pieces.
For your child's safety, please
only shop for kids earrings (7
years and up )in the designated "Clips4kids" section
of our website. None of our products
are made for kids of 6 years and
under.
How
long does it take to get an item back in
stock?
Since most of our items are handcrafted and made
to order, the availability of designs and colors
is solely based on the materials we have on hand.
We create a few items at a time and sometimes
items will be one-of-a-kind. If an out of stock
item is labeled as "Backorder" it means we are
currently out of material and the earrings will
be stocked when the materials become available to
us.
If the out of stock item
is marked as "SOLD OUT", then the item will no
longer be available for sale.
Once backorder materials
are available to us, we send out messages of
the item availability of earrings to all
customers who have requested a notification of
stock availability.
Do you offer wholesale discounts
with a business sales tax license?
No, we are a retail online store and we do not
offer wholesale prices. However, we periodically
offer coupons and discounts to our newsletter
subscribers, which is one reason to Sign up!
Can
I order a catalog?
We are sorry, we do not offer printed
catalogs as we do not carry a large
inventory of items. Most or our items
are hand-crafted and are made to
order. Sometimes there is only one
item per style. . Having our store
on the web allows us to keep up with
new, fun creations.
What type of clips backs should I
choose?
Are you new to clip earrings? Are your ears
sensitive? Allergic to nickel? Are you concerned
earrings that may hurt your ears? Then you must

It is crucial that you get

Why is Paypal rejecting my
payment?
Paypal is a secured method of payment, however
at this time Paypal will only accept payments

Using a Gift
Certificate as a method of
Payment
A valid, un-expired Gift Certificate code
and/or coupon discount can be used during the
checkout process. To use your Gift certificate
or discount coupon code, be sure to click the
"VIEW CART" button on the right hand side of
the screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page,
enter your code (exactly as it is given to you)
and press "APPLY". The system will
automatically deduct any unused Gift
Certificate dollar amounts or any discounts to

we can modify your earrings to have different

To send your items for a
modification of clip backs, please be sure to
send us an email, so we can provide you with a
quote for the cost of the modification. Payment
to modify earrings must be made prior sending the
items to us.
If you
want to return an
product for store credit, please
contact us ASAP.
We will NOT accept any merchandise
sent to us prior consent or RMA.
Without an RMA number your package
will be refused and sent back.
Items
must be sent using the original
package and invoice. Package
must be received within 20 days after
the item was delivered
(based on Post Office records).
We highly
recommend you send your package
with tracking confirmation and
insurance as unfortunately we are
unable to process a credit for
items that are lost or damaged
in transit.
We will provide
store credit for the product purchasing
total (shipping is not part of
the credit) via a Gift Certificate
that you can use within a year.

If
your item arrives damaged
please ensure to follow procedures.
All items are shipped
with insurance. If a package is obviously damaged
upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify
us immediately that your parcel was refused due
to damages.
If an order is damaged
only internally, please notify us within three
(3) business days of receipt of order to place an
RMA (Returned merchandise authorization) claim.
All boxes, packaging materials, and product must
remain intact in order to process a claim. Please
ship the item using confirmation delivery as we
are not responsible if the package is lost in
transit. The shipping carrier will need to
inspect the damaged order to determine the damage
of the item. Once the returned merchandise is
received we will be happy to repair your item (if
the materials are available), provide store
credit or refund its full price. No
damage claim will be processed without an RMA
number.
We will be happy to repair earrings that may have
experienced a broken closure within 30 of
purchase at no charge. We can also replace parts
(based on materials being available). To request
a repair, you must request an RPA (Repair
Authorization code through email), explaining the
problem. The broken item must be sent back to us
for repair with the RPA code clearly stated on
the envelope. We will replace a closure with an
original type of closure.
Please note, although most packages arrive within
the allotted time: 4-10 days domestic, 10-21 days
International. Orders may be delayed in transit
due to seasonal traffic, misroutes, holidays
etc. Unfortunately, we have no control or errors
caused by the US Post Office.
The Post office will not
consider an item lost until after 30 days of non-delivery (domestic orders) and after 45 days
(international orders). If your order does not
arrive within those times, we will be happy to
submit an insurance claim for you.
